Overview

Santa Barbara Adventure Company’s High Ropes Course is perfect for corporate, youth and family groups whose goals are to have fun while challenging themselves by stepping out of their everyday environment. This team building option is appropriate for just about all ages and skill levels.

The High Ropes Course consists of a series of low risk group initiatives focusing on the development of communication methods and problem solving techniques congruent with skills required in the real world and work environments. Through active experimentation, reflection, and application of skills, participants explore the complex and transformative meanings of trust, cooperation, and thinking outside the box, all of which culminate as a unique team building experience. Throughout this challenge-by choice program, SBACo’s skilled facilitators guide discussions that directly address parallels to the workplace, classroom or field.
