Every multisport package we offer includes any necessary gear and instruction relative to your chosen activities, your accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages from arrival to departure, some transportation (depending on your itinerary), and of course natural and human history of the incredible Santa Barbara region. All of our activities are fully guided and will be customized to fit the specific ability levels of your group.

Weekday Retreat
If you're looking for a unique incentive for your team members, consider a fully outfitted weekday stay at El Capitan Canyon complete with a variety of activities. Choose from coastal kayaking, seaside biking, hiking, rock climbing, surfing and horseback riding, then relax with a few of the Canyon's amazing spa treatments (from massages mud treatments to facials). We also offer a wine country tour by van or mountain bike that carries you through the heart of the Santa Ynez valley, stopping to sample and tour some of California's finest vintners.

Includes 2 weeknights at El Capitan Canyon, 2 activities, 1 spa treatment per person, and 6 meals (dinner day one through lunch day 3). Assumes a 6 person minimum and double occupancy. Family Fun and Bonding
Your family will never forget this dynamic group building experience! Family members come together to compete in a variety of challenges that foster communication, trust, and interpersonal development--all with an emphasis on fun. Activities include your choice of group building through one of our guided trips, such as kayaking, along with our high ropes challenge course that includes low ropes trust-building inititiatives, or everyone's favorite: Beach Olympics. Bring the kids!

Not only is El Capitan Canyon a beautiful location for your offsite event, but it also offers meeting facilities and catering service, and these elements combined with our expertly facilitated teambuilding program are sure to transform participants from everyday colleagues to committed team members with powerful communication skills.

All of Santa Barbara Adventure Company's teambuilding programs consist of a series of low risk group initiatives focusing on the development of communication methods, trust, and problem solving techniques. Through active experimentation, reflection, and application of skills, participants explore the complex and transformative meanings of trust, cooperation, and thinking outside the box, all of which culminate into a unique bonding experience. Throughout this challenge-by-choice program, SBACO's skilled facilitators will guide discussions that clarify correlations between the ropes course and the group's daily environment.
