What is for lunch on my wine country tour?

Our Santa Barbara Wine Country Tours include pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation, all tastings, a friendly host and an incredible lunch by our private chef at Channel Islands Provisioners. Menu: 

sandwiches (all on baguette)

char broiled “jidori” chicken breast, apple calico slaw, avocado-lime-cilantro dressing, sharp cheddar,

dry salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, mozzarella, giardiniera tapenade

braised brisket, arugula, sweet onions, horseradish cream, sharp cheddar

roasted sweet potato, drake family farms goat cheese, basil pesto, pickled red onion (vegetarian)

grilled eggplant, sautéed brocollini, red bell pepper & white bean/roasted garlic hummus (vegan)

 

entrée salads (all gluten-free)

chopped salad; salami, turkey, provolone, celery, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion, radish,

chick peas, romaine,  lemon dressing

 lentils, char broiled eggplant, Provisioners’ pickled heirloom carrots & beets, sunflower seeds,

golden raisin, greens, sriracha vinaigrette (lactose-free, vegetarian & vegan)

chipotle marinated “jidori” chicken, roasted corn, black beans, cherry tomato, peppers, red onion, cucumber, radish, pepitas, romaine, cilantro-lime dressing (lactose-free)
